OVERVIEW

Nick has supported Boards, CEOs and executive teams for more than 25 years. A qualified coach, he is passionate about the importance of effective senior leader assessment and development in delivering improved levels of performance. In his advisory work Nick focuses on organisation diagnosis and design and succession planning.

Nick has a future-focused and strengths based approach, which uses his strong relationship building skills to ask insightful questions. He helps leaders to stand back and see the big picture, supporting them to make strategic decisions leading to significant transformations. Business outcomes delivered include higher levels of growth, innovation, quality, efficiency, productivity, customer excellence and diversity.

CAREER

Nick’s career began at Freshfields and then in senior consulting roles at Oliver Wyman Delta and Heidrick & Struggles improving performance for investors and companies of all sizes, from prominent ASX-50, NYSE-100 and FTSE-50 companies to start-ups and scale ups. He was Chief Business Officer at DrugDev, a fast-growth tech company where he was responsible for People, Operational Excellence and Quality and scaling the business to exit. He is a director of Scalewell, fellow of the RSA and sits on the Board of Trustees of a UK-based charity, Education for the Children.

COACHING QUALIFICATIONS

Nick qualified as a coach with The Coaching Academy and has a law degree from Magdalen College, Oxford. He is accredited to deliver Hogan and Genos EQ assessments.​

Outside of work, nick enjoys diving, skiing, sailing, tennis, cooking and meditation.
